Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat $4.99 on every order, no matter how many decks you buy. The fee is shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery time

Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after your order ships. Delivery estimates start from the date your order ships, not the date it's placed, and aren't guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and peak periods can occasionally affect timing.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first, then reach out to us.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute packages once they've shipped.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please check with neighbors and around your delivery area, then wait 24 hours, since packages occasionally show as delivered a day early. If it still hasn't turned up, email us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll help sort it out.
